ILP #2: PLN

For my second ILP, I chose YouTube to describe as a Personal Learning Network. My Voice Thread explains YouTube as a software platform and then goes in to detail on a specific example of a PLN. I really enjoyed making this Voice Thread because this is something I am very passionate about! I hope you enjoy :)
